Back-to-Back Soccer Champions!
A huge congratulations to our Junior Girls Soccer Team who retained their Cork Junior Soccer League title last Thursday with a fantastic performance!
The girls faced Ursulines in St. Colman’s Park, Cobh, and got off to a flying start with Anu (1st Year) opening the scoring, quickly followed by a second from Sophia. Ursulines responded with a goal, but our team showed great determination as Captain Alex and Amy B struck twice before half-time to give us a strong lead.
The second half brought more pressure, with Ursulines pulling another goal back early on. However, the team showed incredible resilience and teamwork to stay in control. Late goals from Lilly and Sophia secured a well-deserved victory!
Well done to the entire Junior Team on an outstanding season and a brilliant achievement!
