Weekly Sports Update

A quieter week on the sports front as October Exams took centre stage!

🐴 Equestrian:
Congratulations to Aoibhe and Myah (TY) who represented St. Aloysius’ College at the Interschools Equestrian Competition at Skellig Equestrian Centre last weekend. A special well done to Myah, who took 2nd place in her category, a fantastic result!

🏑 Senior Camogie:
Hard luck to our wonderful Senior Camogie panel, who were narrowly defeated after extra time in the Cork Schools Intermediate A County Final on Tuesday night in Mahon. The girls showed tremendous heart and determination against Christ King, we are all so proud of your efforts and commitment throughout the season. 💚

🏐 1st Year Football:
Well done to our 1st Year Footballers who put in a fabulous performance in their opening game of the year against St. Mary’s, Midleton. Despite a narrow defeat, it was a fantastic showing from the entire squad, great teamwork and effort all round! 🙌
