TY Barista Skills Course

We were delighted to introduce a new addition to our Transition Year programme recently, a Barista Skills course delivered by Carmel.

Over the course of three days, students were immersed in all aspects of coffee-making, developing practical skills while also gaining an insight into the hospitality industry. The course was both engaging and enjoyable, with students embracing every opportunity to learn and practice their new skills.

Each morning, staff eagerly placed their orders, and our TY baristas rose to the challenge with great enthusiasm, professionalism, and charm, ensuring nobody was left without their morning cup!

We extend our sincere thanks to Carmel for delivering such a memorable and worthwhile experience. We very much look forward to welcoming her back again next year.
